Danielle was referred to me by a friend. I have worked with her on my previous house sale and she did wonderful, the entire process was made so much easier by her knowledge and organization. When I went to purchase my new home I had no hesitations about who I wanted as my broker! This purchase came with some challenges and it went down to the wire. Danielle rolled with the punches no matter what it was. She even referred me to a local lender when my initial one dropped the ball on the appraisal. We did all this in only 2 weeks 45 days into Escrow. She moved very quickly with redoing contracts and worked well into the evening on many occasions and worked with the new lender to expedite the process so we didn't loose the house! We are now moved in and could not be any happier with the home! She even got us a good Bonsai Ficus so nice of her. I don't plan on moving soon but any real estate transaction in the future I know who will be my first call.
