She responded quickly when we reached out and helped us find several homes that fit our specifications. We put an offer up on a competitive home during the busy holiday season, and Danielle assured us that she would do everything in her power to make the process as quick and smooth as possible. Danielle deftly negotiated the house price and helped us secure adequate credit for repairs. She then promptly scheduled all necessary inspections using her reliable contacts here in Tucson. She even took the time to create a comprehensive spreadsheet of everything that needed to be accomplished by our closing date to ensure that we had a full understanding of the process.
