The best Realtor ever! We had heard of Danielle's name from a lot of people as well as seen billboards with her picture on it but did not have the pleasure of working with her. This was before 2/5/2024. Our house which was on the market with another realtor (a pretty bad one at that) when a pipe burst in the house causing water mitigation, removal of dry walls, carpeting and drop ceilings. Insurance partially denied our claim and we didn't know what to do. That was until we contacted Danielle. It was a friday evening but Danielle was on the phone with us and we setup a time for Monday for her to see the house. She promptly came out at the time that was decided upon, looked at the house, took pictures and notes and within a few hours from that time, already had a potential buyer to come out and look! The way she represented the house, be it the description, the pictures, the potential value and the transparency was absolutely amazing. Danielle is incredible she priced my home perfectly, her professionalism is beyond belief along with her patience, working through 3 different not so good potential buyers.
