"I met Daniella many years ago when our young sons played baseball together. When the season was over, I continued to think of her. Although we had no contact after that. Her personality was so amazing, I knew in my heart when I was ready to sell, I would contact her. Unfortunately, I initially used a friend of my daughters, well, because of my daughter. She was a high performer in the Northern Virginia Market. I do not know why, but in 6 months I had no offers. I cancelled the selling contract with her out of dissatisfaction. Had to get my mother-in-law’s house on the market, she was moving in with us because of health issues. When I first approached Daniella she was not pushy (my experience has always been pushy sales agents) it was a very delicate situation because of my mother-in-law’s health issues and her having to give up her independence to move in with us.
