Daniele helped me and my wife purchase our first home and we love it! Why we highly recommend Daniele: Daniele is data-driven. This was important to us as first time homebuyers because we couldn't afford to make a non-optimal choice when it came to location, price, closing timeline, and resalability. When our property search began, Daniele helped us develop search criteria based on market statistics and our preferences. When we viewed properties, she would always try to uncover hidden information that wasn't available in the listing description such as roof and appliance ages. When we expressed interest in a property, she would always produce comps to help us evaluate whether it was priced appropriately. In the end, we are proud of our decision because the timing was perfect, we love our neighborhood, and we know we got a lot of bang for our buck. Local knowledge: Daniele has represented several buyers and sellers in the West Broward suburbs where our search was concentrated (e.g. Davie, Weston, Pembroke Pines). She knows the history of these neighborhoods and understands the market forces that determine their average property values. Process expertise: Daniele is a seasoned professional with a high degree of confidence in her knowledge of the home buying process that can only come from years of experience. Responsiveness: We never had an issue here. Daniele was available late nights, early mornings, weekdays, and weekends. She was always early or on time to appointments.
