Daniela was absolutely amazing from the beginning. I had done some research on my own on what I thought I should sell for, however I never mentioned this and when she arrived at our first meeting she had numbers comparable to mine. The week after listing I got cold feet and Daniela was extremely nice and helpful and even took me back as a customer a week later when I came Tm my senses. We had many offers however she was able to sort through them and the nonsense and give me recommendations on who she thought we should work with and who we shouldn’t. Communication with her was quick and open and I was never left wondering what was going on. She was great in advising me on low offers I shouldn’t take and to hold out. In the end we ended up selling one month after listing for 8,000 above asking price. She was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
