I’ve never felt so strongly about writing a review when it comes to working with Daniela. She is an expert in real estate! You may not always like the answers but she is honest and she steers you only in the right direction. I have work with her several times when I purchased real estate, she is only one I will ever trust when purchasing real estate!

She went above and beyond in terms of connecting us with other services such as mortgage brokers, home inspectors, settlement agents, etc. This "team" she put together made the whole process so much easier than we thought it was going to be, facilitating a quick settlement. Daniela Cafaro helped us through a seven week process that could not have gone more smoothly. She listened carefully to what our needs were, what our comfort level was and helped calculate the financial aspect of our purchase. She responded quickly to texts, phone calls and emails with timeliness and we'll thought out answers to our myriad of questions. We had been renting a condo and found out that our landlord needed to unexpectedly return. Daniela assisted us in setting up visits to listed properties, offer her opinion, when asked, thoughtfully negotiate our offer and truly fast tracked finding us a lender, the P&S process, painters and represented us well with the seller's realtor. If she didn't know the answer to my questions, she found out and got back amazingly quickly with accurate answers. Daniela has now acted as my realtor for the sale of my house four years ago and now as a buyer. I would not hesitate to call her for any real estate needs. I would highly recommend Daniela for both selling and buying.

Daniela was fantastic to work with! She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and all around pleasant. She got us the home that we really wanted - there were plenty of times where we thought we wanted to leap in a particular direction, and she was able to keep us informed before we committed too soon - sharing city tax rates and exemptions, neighborhood breakdowns, etc. It was clear that she didn’t want us to just buy a home, but to buy the right home for us. I’d recommend her to anyone and would work with her again
