Excellent home buying experience

In love with our 1st house already! Thank you Daniela!!!

1st time home buyers, with all kind of concerns and absolutely nervous. Daniela worked with us for give it or take 4months, with patience yet persistence wish we really appreciate because her persistence finally helped us found the house for us, our 1st house in this country that is actually fairly new to us (7 years ago we moved from Mexico) we weren't the easiest customers, not in the bad way, or so I think, but more because we definitely know what we want and I'm very much a negotiator, Daniela helped us to negotiate a great deal. We are now writing this review in our 1st day as home owners, from the leaving room of our New Home, celebrating our 7th wedding anniversary. She understood our needs and didn't gave up on us. Closed within a month

The appraisal came back VA tidewater. For a while, I thought my bank wouldn't approve the loan. But Daniela was able to make it happen. Daniela is professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Highly recommended!
