Dan was awesome from the first phone call we ever had with him to buy our house. 3 years later we knew we wanted to use him to sell our house as well because he is the absolute best. He knows the in's and out's of everything, and not just the paperwork, he knows construction and houses too so he was very helpful with things to look for in the physical house. He made the selling process smooth and is available 24/7 for anything. He knows that it can be a stressful process so he keeps the process very calm when he is explaining things.
