I contemplated selling my home but the thought of actually going thru with it was just so daunting....until I found the home I wanted to purchase. Dan made the transition painless, stress free, worry free and was completely supportive the whole time. I thought I had missed my window of opportunity to sell due to the fall weather approaching, but not only did he sell my home it was above asking price.
