We met Daniel by chance, best thing that ever happen to us. Help us in so many way to navigate us through the listing, sale and closing. We will use Daniel again for other property, when we are ready to sale or purchase. He is now the family real state agent. We had interview many agents when we were ready to the list this property. They just did not fit with us. Daniel took his time to understand why our mothers property had to be sold. He explained the step of what had to happen till the close of the property. Provided us with comps in the area showing us what the sales and listing in the neighborhood so we could make an informed decision what to list at. He make sure all offers were present to us. He also explained to us why it was a good offer or one that may not be best for us, but left the decision to us. We were able to weed out the investors that did not want to close till they had a buyer for the property and hold up the closing. Which could tie up the property for months in escrow. Made sure closing was easy for us. There was more than one seller both living in different areas. The house was vacant and Daniel would check on the property for us.
