Daniel has worked with me on a couple of opportunities now, but he first helped me with purchasing my first property in Fort Lauderdale. He took the time to listen to my needs and was able to work through a number of roadblocks through the buying process. He was always focused on the end result. I ended up purchasing well below asking price, in large part, due to his ability to negotiate and keep the situation in perspective. Now I've begun working with Daniel on my second purchase and expect this will not be my last time working with him!
