Professionalism at it best

I went on a 2yr long journey with Danny to find my dream home. The whole process took from 2020-almost 2022. All during a pandemic. The reason why it took so long was because I was not the easiest person to deal with. I am indecisive, picky, and anal about every little detail of a house. The simple smell in the air of the neighborhood or just bad energy can turn me off of a property. So I needed someone that was patient and can attend to my weird ways. Danny was so patient but yet so assertive with me and helped me see through all the red tape of a property. He kept me grounded and helped explain the difference between a solid home in a great neighborhood that needed upgrading and beautiful home that didn't align with my values and needs. From the beginning he knew what was important to me and tried to set up showing in areas that had good schools, great access to the highways, and that were family oriented. A plus for me was that he was raised in Broward County. He also researched the areas so I had a clear understanding of its surroundings. He always came prepared with all the stats of the homes and was always ready to answer all my questions. Day or night he was available to me and often arranged alternative ways to get me to see a home even if his schedule didn't allow for it. He never pressured me nor did he ever show me he was tired of my indecisive ways. I dragged this poor man all over Broward County for almost 2 years before I closed on my dream home. Sticking with him definitely paid off. Once I found my house- I was able to closed in about 15 days. From the beginning he set me up with the best mortgage broker and they worked as a team to get me into my home. I'm a travel nurse and closing in 15 days is kind of unheard off considering the nature of our job. We travel nurses work on contract and change locations every 3-6 months- which some banks tend to think is risky . But Danny help make that happen. He was a pleasure to work with.
