After specializing in land and residential sales while working for a national real estate franchise in Creedmoor for over 12 years, Daniel Tunstall, the founder of Tunstall Realty, decided to split off and open his own virtual real estate office in January 2019.
Prior to getting his real estate license, Daniel Tunstall worked as a teen helping his father in general construction with various labor intensive jobs framing houses, and mainly as a “gofer”, as he would “go for” whatever his Dad told him to get. He learned the value of hard work pays off as he witnessed first hand that providing a quality service made other members of the community respect his father’s craftsmanship. Daniel watched his father create and plan subdivisions, and even worked as a landscaper shaping up the grounds around the new houses and streets his family had developed.
Shortly after high school, Daniel graduated from Vance Granville Community College with an AAS degree in Business Administration Operations Management in 2004. Then in 2005, he studied real estate and received his North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s License. Later on, he returned back to VGCC to earn another AAS Degree in Entrepreneurship in May of 2013.
Daniel was a coach for numerous years for different basketball and softball teams with the local South Granville Athletic Association. Eventually, after helping with some school teams, he became the head coach of a local middle school’s cross country, basketball, and softball teams.
Daniel resides in Butner, NC with his wife and two daughters, who enjoy going to church, playing musical instruments, watching movies, and stand-up paddle boarding in their leisure time! They also enjoy working together as a family in their garden, and helping Tunstall Realty clients with their move, especially since it can become so overwhelming at times!
