I definitely put Dan to the test on my home purchase. If you want someone who is in it for you (the buyer) and will be there through the thick and thin, Dan is the man. To explain, the sellers were not really wanting to budge after the survey came in for a lower amount. Dan jumped in and worked days to get things accomplished (late night calls and all). If there were things that needed to be expedited, (IE surveys, updated paperwork, inspections), he took care of it without waver. I highly recommend him to anyone!
