If you need a Realtor, I would definitely recommend using Daniel Shaff. Being first time buyers we had no idea what we were getting into or how extensive of a process buying our home would be. Daniel took the time right from the very beginning to sit down and explain the entire process. It was a lot of information but he continued to help walk us through every step of the process and did an amazing job of keeping everybody involved in the transaction on the same page and made sure that we closed on time.
