We were very picky first time home buyers with barely any understanding of the real estate market in WNY or the buying process. We both worked full time and didn’t have much time to focus on looking up open houses etc so having Dan on our side allowed us to actually enjoy the entire process without the stress. He was great helping us determine homes in areas that best fit and offered an experienced perspective which eventually led us to the house we fell in love with. Needless to say if we weren’t working with Dan we probably wouldn’t have found a home that met all of our criteria within our price range. I would 100% recommend Dan for anyone looking to get the most out of their search.
