Especially with today's market, I probably went to view/place bids on about a dozen or so houses before having an offer accepted. Dan lead me through EVERYTHING. Gave me tips on how to make my bids more competitive without necessarily increasing cost or anything, he truly was doing everything he could to help me find my home, which is exactly what he did. Couldn't be happier with my new place and the price I was able to get it at. Call this guy if you want someone on your side through it all!

My Process was a very long one, and even longer to find a house. But Dan was excellent through the whole thing and full of patience and knowledge. He really did help me out in find the perfect home for my family and actually was with me through the whole process, finding information or informing me of any changes.
