Selling a house is kind of an overwhelming process. However Dan made it easy from day one. I went back and forth selling vs renting my house and Dan helped me though the process and was extremely patient with me helping me learn. When it came to getting a listing price I think the seller(myself included) always wants the highest amount. We sat down and he gave me pros and cons of certain price points and I trusted him. He was 100% right, he nailed the price point so we would have lots of offers that were appealing. When the house was listed Dan packed our calendar with showings. He notified us of each showing. The open house was well marketed and was successful. He put us in a great spot to have multiple offers, well over what I expected to get. I'm happy I listened to him about the price point. When we sat down to review the offers, Dan walked us though the pros and cons of all the offers. He worked hard going back and forth with best offer, getting our needs met. I would recommend Dan to anyone looking to sell a home. He's kind, knowledgeable, intelligent and passionate about the process. Not to mention just a good person.
