We worked with Daniel on both purchasing a new home and renting our previous home. For our purchase, Daniel listened to our desires and found several homes for us to view. He took our immediate feedback and applied that to future homes to visit, ultimately finding us the home we think is perfect for us. He arranged all inspections, walked us through all facets of the purchase up to and including closing, and was in constant communication with us throughout the whole process. There was never a time we didn't know what our status was or what the next step would be. For our rental, Daniel and his team went quickly to work to help us prepare our previous home for property management. They told us what would make our home an attractive target for potential tenants and we did everything they recommended. Our home was rented in less than 2 weeks after hitting market so they obviously do "something" (or all things) right! All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Having grown up a military brat and then being a service member myself, I have moved many times and it is always a stressful experience. Adding a rental on top of a purchase was additional stress but Daniel did everything he could to make the process as easy as possible. We'll be in our current home for the foreseeable future but when the time comes to move and find another home, the only call we'll make will be to Daniel.
