Dan is THE MAN! He took over working to sell our house after it had been sitting vacant for a few months with a different realtor. We'd gotten hardly any traffic or attention or decent offers after we moved out of state. We were SO bummed our house wasn't selling and very confused because it's a fantastic property/house and we thought it would get snapped up pretty quickly. Turns out, our house wasn't the problem. It was our previous realtor! Dan swooped in, helped give us direction on cleaning up the property a bit more and hiring the right people to take care of the place from out of state, hosted a ton of Open Houses on the weekends, invited other realtors to come check it out, and even spent some of his own personal time sweeping out our dusty garage and patio, etc to make it look nice again! Dan freaking got us under contract during Christmas Vacation! I don't know many people who are able to do that. The guy works hard though and we are so grateful.
Dan is professional and personable. We appreciated his honesty and input in all the homes we looked at. We liked that he never pressured us into making any offer. Dan facilitated our buying experience and handled all issues from beginning to end. And it’s nice that he checks up on us after the purchase.
