I met Dan Ritter at an open house almost 2 years ago. Dan impressed me with his honesty and knowledge of the local real estate market. I decided that day to work with Dan during our home search. He was very patient with us, as he knew we wanted to purchase the “right for us” condo and community. He was very supportive during our search the past 3 months. He reviewed with us his market analysis of each area we were interested in living in. Dan answered any questions we had quickly and thoroughly. When we made our decision and Dan completed our offer to the seller he added in 3 months of the HOA and a home warranty to be paid by the seller. We were really impressed and happy with this RE transaction as Dan went above and beyond for us. Getting our townhouse on the market Dan helped us by power washing our courtyard and even offered to do more but we had it covered. We would highly recommend Dan if you need a realtor due to his knowledge, professionalism and friendly manner. In fact he now has our townhouse on the market and we know we can expect the same great experience we had buying and now selling with Dan.

Dan is THE MAN! He took over working to sell our house after it had been sitting vacant for a few months with a different realtor. We'd gotten hardly any traffic or attention or decent offers after we moved out of state. We were SO bummed our house wasn't selling and very confused because it's a fantastic property/house and we thought it would get snapped up pretty quickly. Turns out, our house wasn't the problem. It was our previous realtor! Dan swooped in, helped give us direction on cleaning up the property a bit more and hiring the right people to take care of the place from out of state, hosted a ton of Open Houses on the weekends, invited other realtors to come check it out, and even spent some of his own personal time sweeping out our dusty garage and patio, etc to make it look nice again! Dan freaking got us under contract during Christmas Vacation! I don't know many people who are able to do that. The guy works hard though and we are so grateful.
