Daniel Richardson

Daniel couldn't have been more helpful. After meeting with us, he knew what was important to us and sought out properties for us to look at that we might not have considered without his guidance. Because he is also a game warden with Kentucky Fish & Wildlife, he knows the lake very well. He was able to give us advice about which areas would provide the type of environment we wanted.

We had a great experience with Daniel. He wasn’t pushy, very patient and always worked with our schedule. We looked for quite a while before we found the house for us, and Daniel was there for whatever we needed. I would definitely recommend him!

Daniel was very pleasant to work with while buying our home. We used a VA loan to purchase and Daniel due to his experience knew everything we needed to get done to arrive at closing. I would highly recommend contacting him if you plan to buy or sell. Great guy and if I ever buy or sell again I will be going to him.
