I remotely owned a townhouse in Littleton, Co while living in Virginia. When my renter of over 30 years was no longer able to live there, I decided to sell rather than continue to rent from afar. Nothing had been done to modernize the townhouse since it was built in 1980. To complicate the issue, this occurred at the very beginning of COVID. Since I was a remote owner, my brother (who had recent experience with Dan) highly recommended Dan if I wanted to sell. Dan agreed to assist with finding a contractor who could do the upgrades needed to bring top price for the townhouse as well as oversee the work itself, keeping me posted with the progress. Everything was done within the agreed to budget and Dan was able to sell the townhouse withing a week of listing at the price it was listed for (even though in person walk through's were not allowed because of initial COVID restrictions). I could not have been more pleased with Dan's efforts to oversee the renovations, list my property and get it sold in a timely manner. So, first of all, we had a bad experience with a potential buyer, then some physical problems with house. With help from Daniel we navigated to end results. Anyway, Daniel is not only professional, but he is caring and puts in extra work beyond what is expected. Definitely would recommend to others
