Man, we are soooo happy to have worked with Daniel for the purchase of our home. He did intensive research on the homes we were interested in, and when I say intensive I mean INTENSIVE. He went the extra mile of making us videos on all his research and sent them to us to review when we had free time. He clearly is very knowledgeable about the real estate business and shared a lot on his knowledge to us along with different perspective on things and situations (which is really helpful when making decisions). He is a genuine person and has a real charisma and good energy about him. We worked with multiple realtors, and feeling 100% at ease with a realtor was hard to find until we met Daniel. He proved himself to be trustworthy and a man of his word. We would work with him a thousand times more if we could (although I'm pretty sure we found our forever home), but if we could, we would work with him in a heartbeat. We rant and rave to all our family and friends about Daniel, because this guy is truly the real deal.
