Dan is always professional and the sale of our home was a breeze. He was patient with our search for a new home and truthful about the real estate market. The frustrating part of the process was due to his recommended home inspectors and home loan provider for our next home. I would research my own options for these services if we ever look for another home. I have to start by saying this was actually the second time my family and I have dealt with Dan. He was very helpful and understanding when we were going through the trials of searching for our first home.
