Trying to sell a home for my son who is across the country in the Navy seemed a daunting task, but with Dan's assistance, the process was relatively easy. His advice on what to do to get the house ready to sell and what a realistic sales price was in this changing market, had the home sold within a week. Unfortunately the financing fell through for the initial buyer, but Dan had it back on the market and sold again in only a few days. His guidance on both negotiations was spot on and everyone was very happy at the end. Thanks Dan for making what could have been an arduous situation a successful, low stress transaction for all.
