Dan was a real partner thru the entire process, from his pricing strategy (that drive lots of traffic in the first week and beyond), to staging our home, listing, scheduling and managing open houses, and even taking care of our dog so that prospects could do their reviews when neither my wife or I were available, AND, after it looked like everything was ready to close, we had a rare title problem and Dan played a senior role in getting that resolved. He was a real partner and causal in the sale above our asking price. Working with Dan has been a thoroughly wonderful experience. He was very honest and upfront with us throughout the entire time and really went out of his way to schedule and coordinate house showings.
