Daniel was very patient with me throughout the entire house hunting/buying process. He was always willing to adapt to my schedule whether it be a late night during the week or early morning weekend. A great & loyal realtor with more then acceptional customer service!

When looking to buy a land/property it is difficult to find someone to rely on. Responsiveness is very key between a realtor and a buyer. If the realtor is not responsive, the buyer can lose their opportunity/shot at buying real estate. I have experienced this before with previous realtors, so i was actually nervous about who to choose. Daniel Mudd thankfully assured me that he would take care of me if i decided to have him as my realtor. It took no more than 1 week from verbal agreement between Daniel and I until we finally had a closing date on a land with the offer I wanted! From the very beginning, Daniel was able to provide me with multiple options that fit the criteria I was looking for. I am blessed to say I have found one of the best realtors out there. Not only was Daniel very attentive whenever I need something but he explained everything I did not understand and was always honest which is very important for me. Sometimes, for sake of time, realtors tend to run by the contract quickly (which I have experienced with other property), but Daniel was very polite and able to explain any questions I had. Daniel is also a great negotiator. He was able to save me money on my offer by being persistent. He never had any intention of going over my offer, instead he fought for the offer I requested. Through his ability to negotiate, it was Daniel Mudd who was able to help me get the land I wanted for the price I wanted! I could not have asked for a better realtor. The closing date came quick and I was able to have Daniel Mudd by my side as I signed the documents to close on the land. Overall, I am very pleased with the way I was treated and I will continue to use Daniel Mudd as my realtor. He is ambitious and very hungry to work and get things done, going out of his way to make my offer stand and getting the offer to the right people as soon as possible.
