I’ve never seen a real estate agent put so much work in to a deal. He wasn’t just a coach. He was part of the team. He got his hands dirty. He was creative in his approach and options. As-Is properties are always tough. But Daniel got it done. He also had the patience of a saint while dealing with us through the stress of settling our estate. He made a tough situation workable and we are more than pleased with our results. Get him on your team! You will not be disappointed!

Daniel is incredibly down to earth and even though he spends all day juggling clients, he never makes you feel like you're inconveniencing him or that he's too busy to help. He answered all of our concerns and eased my anxiety-increased worry. I had no idea in the beginning of our experience that he was new to the industry because he spoke as confidently as an agent with years of the house game. It was nice to have an agent our age who didn't make us feel in over our heads, or spoken down to, or like we couldn't make it to the finish line. Daniel is wonderful and we still reach out to him (and vice versa) to check on him often.

He really took the time to explain the whole process step by step, if I had any questions or doubts i would ask him, no matter what the time was he was always available and his answers were always explained in a way anybody could understand.
