Daniel assisted us in the purchase of our home, representing the sellers while we were the buyers. Initially, Daniel was responsive and helpful, particularly in coordination with our realtor. However, as the process progressed and it became evident that both the seller and ourselves were proceeding, his level of assistance noticeably declined making it harder to proceed and complete the process - which no one wants this dragged out. Daniel did not ensure our inspections were respected. The homeowners, always present, were overly involved, offering unsolicited opinions and making the process uncomfortable and sometimes impossible - and we later found out why, this were broken. It just would have been nice to know so we could get things added before we moved in. The final walkthrough was particularly disappointing. Unlike previous walkthroughs, the house was not in its former condition; it was cluttered and in complete disarray, as if the homers were on the run. We found sandwiches around and various items, including a large machine and sewing needles embedded in the rugs, was unexpected and inconvenient. Moreover, approximately 20 bags of garbage were left for us to dispose of, incurring additional costs. It was not "broom swept" - that's the term in most agreements. The painful moment was that Daniel was there for the last walk through and literally shrugged his shoulders when our realtor said this condition is not appropriate. Responsiveness became none. We are living with machinery we cannot move. Who has an extra few thousand dollars to get that unexpectedly removed after they buy a house? I'm trying to be fair but how this ended was unfair to us. As the conduit for us and buyer his help is important, and it's beyond disappointing that our needs were not respected. We would reconsider our review if these matters are ever appropriately addressed.
