Daniel fully invested himself in the property. He committed to understanding the complex rules of the HOA. The the specificities of the maintenance payment itself, as well as, the special assessment on the property, which has been a point of contention in previous sales. Even other realtors selling in our complex were calling him for advice. He was quick to follow up and follow through. Whether dealing with the HOA, the buyer and us as the client.
