Dan was really amazing to work with! I was buying my first home and he was very helpful and friendly. When I was picking realtors to go with I was looking for a realtor that seemed like a professional but also someone who wasn't just a robot, someone who actually cares and wants to help. That is 100% Dan Merrill! If you ask Dan for an inch, he'll get you a mile! I would be worrying about something at 11pm on a Tuesday, and I would text Dan, several minutes later there he is texting me back! It was great to work with someone who didn't just work from 8am - 4pm. He was available anytime I needed him!
