Dan is amazing!! We are first time homebuyers so we knew nothing about buying a house. My husband is military and this is our first PCS. With my husband and I living in two different places, we were worried about trying to find a house. Then we found Dan, and he made this whole thing possible! Dan was there every step of the way and always quick to respond to any questions we had. He is very personable, kind and knowledgable. When we hit some bumps in the road on the paperwork side of things with mortgage company, Dan was there to save the day! He made this whole process easy and worth it. I recommend him to anyone and everyone, espeically military!

Dan was referred to me by a former colleague while I was stationed in Japan. We communicated monthly/weekly/daily leading up to my move to the Las Vegas area. He has gone above and beyond the normal call of duty to help me find the right home for me and my dog. Things like, researching homes and areas, driving all over town on my behalf, coordinating with all parties, and even lending me some temporary bedding and furniture while I was living in an empty house waiting for my household goods. Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! He helped us out so much especially being military and being in Italy while purchasing a house! Dan made the process for us very easy and was able to work with us even with the 6 hour time difference. I would definitely recommend Dan! He’s the best!

Dan was incredible to work with! Always in constant communication and always available for questions throughout the entire process. I never felt like I was in limbo or just waiting. Any update he had I knew about it almost immediately. This made my experience very easy and less stressful especially since I moved in from out of state. He’s very knowledgeable of the area and works well to accommodate what the buyer is looking for in their home. Dan is a rare find in that he truly cares about the humans involved in the transaction, and will go the extra mile to help make things happen. I was the agent on the opposite side of the deal, and once the terms were laid out in contract, I felt like we worked as one big team (including title/escrow and the lender) to make sure things got done properly and on time.
