From the initial superb job of staging to the final sale details, Dan was there for me. He was constantly in touch with me, and kept me updated throughout. He was clearly in touch with the market and had much experience in this particular area. Dan provided many additional services gratis and, in addition, smoothed over and resolved problems that otherwise would have necessitated extra travel and expenses on my part. Overall.
