Daniele is one of the most professional and detailed people you will ever meet. My wife and I are so thankful we had him guiding us through our buying process. Making an offer on a home in a competitive market can be an emotional roller coaster if you don't have the right person guiding you. Daniel is very calming and keeps everything in perspective. He understands timing and is an excellent negotiator. He keeps you well informed throughout the process and won't allow you to get too high or too low.
