Daniel was a great ally in selling our first home in a very crazy market in the middle of a pandemic! We only had two open houses and had an offer on the table right away. He was meticulous in reading contracts and making sure we were getting what our home was worth, and researching anything that was new or confusing in order to explain it to us and the buyers correctly. He even had a stager come over to recommend how we could better set up the house prior to it going on the market to ensure that it would get top dollar offers--every detail counts! The buyers had some confusion over part of the contract in the eleventh hour right before the closing, and Dan stood up for us and took the situation by the horns and made sure we weren't getting taken advantage of while at the same time ensuring the sale still went through. Daniel was wonderful to work with when buying our new home. He understood what we wanted to see after our first meeting, and after viewing just a couple of homes and listening to our feedback and what we did/didn't like about certain homes, he quickly picked up on even the tiny details of what we wanted and needed in a home and would make adjustments in the search where needed. Finding a house was proving difficult during the pandemic, as homes were flying off the market at rapid speed and we were concerned we wouldn't find anything. But Dan ended up finding us our dream home in an area we never thought we would get lucky enough to get into, and with some strategic negotiating and working with the seller to find a reasonable agreement, we purchased it for a great price.
