Dan was amazing! As the executors of our aunt's estate, Dan and his team guided us through the entire process of selling our aunt's home. Dan and his team were knowledgable, professional and went above and beyond to solve problems that came up throughout the process, including some very old, outstanding building permits. Dan consistently communicated with us during the entire time the home was on the market. His expertise allowed the entire process to be completed in a very timely manner, less than 4 months.
