Daniel is incredible and I highly recommend him! He successfully marketed and sold my father's house, navigating several challenges in the process. The house had a number of minor issues but Daniel was able to convey the potential of the property to perspective buyers and get offers. Another challenge was the fact that I was out of state- Daniel went above and beyond to monitor the house, address issues and coordinate services like cleaning/staging, oil delivery, and snow removal. He negotiated price and other concessions very effectively on my behalf, while maintaining a very high standard of ethics. And throughout the process, he was extremely responsive to all my questions and respectful of my ideas and concerns.
