A Fantastic, Friendly, Expert
Having Dan as my realtor made the process of buying my first house smooth and painless. He was able to quickly answer questions about the houses we were looking at. He provided me deep market research, and was able to dig deeper when I asked him. I was particularly impressed by his flexibility and willingness to meet at the times that worked well for my family. After we won the bid Dan's assistance proved to be invaluable. He was able to assist me with the process of paperwork, inspections, and much more. All In all I cannot recommend Dan enough. He was friendly and professional. Knowledgeable and a quick communicator. I will be recommending him to my friends and family if they ever ask!
