I like Daniel. He’s a genuine, down to earth guy who just wants to help you get what you want. And if you don’t know what you want (at least in specific codified way) then he’ll get you to learn who you are and what your needs are. As a fastidious, highly picky first-time buyer with massive decision-making inertia..... he helped me by being super thorough and Jonny-on-the-spot with listings, keeping it real ie honest, and (this is underappreciated) but ...giving space and not being pushy. From a knowledge standpoint, he seems to know the atl neighborhoods quite well and has a background in construction. Ask him about concrete stuff. It’s a surprisingly interesting topic.
