Daniel was an excellent realtor to work with! He was very personable and knowledgeable when it came to listing our home at the appropriate price. His communication about everything was great! Our sale of our house was such a smooth process. When it came to finding our new home he looked for houses that met our needs. He worked hard to find us the perfect home! I would highly recommend Daniel Kim to any of our friends or family.

I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. I was very intimidated and didn't know what to expect when selling my home, but Daniel made the process very smooth and easy. I really felt like he had my best interest at heart. He was very knowledgable, and was always quick to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I will definitely choose to work with him again in the future!

Daniel made our first home-buying experience so easy. He was very professional, knowledgable, and most importantly, quick at responding to our calls and emails. It only took us 45 days from the first day of home searching to the closing date (during the holidays season!). I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor.
