We were very nervous as first time home buyers. However, with Daniel's expertise, our nervousness was quickly abated. Like we mentioned above, he's a local guy in the MoCo area so he knows the area quite well. He was also very knowledgeable and insightful when it comes to purchasing a home. He was patient and honest with us. He was there to answer EVERY question we had for him and he also addressed concerns that we didn't know to think or ask. Daniel is very efficient and punctual, yet very personable. He will respond in a very timely manner, sometimes within minutes. When we email him expecting an answer the next day, he responds late at night so we get an answer the very next morning. Sometimes I wonder if the guy sleeps!
