I’ve worked with Dan for 7 years wherein he found excellent tenants and buyers. My only regret is that I didn’t listen to him when he brought me a great offer which I turned down only to sell for much less later on. Daniel helped my wife and I find and purchase our first home. We gave him numerous deal breakers and a lot of requests that we were looking for and he was able to navigate through all of our wishes and find us our perfect home. Daniel exhibited patience and wherewithal to help us look for 2 long years. He showed us numerous houses throughout multiple counties, but we couldn’t find THE house. Then Daniel gave us the idea of looking at short sales, which we were initially wary of because we had heard the process took too long. The problem was we didn’t know the first thing about short sales. Daniel went above and beyond everything that we could’ve asked a realtor to do; he even negotiated and got the bank to lower their offer. He walked us through every step of the process and we have him to thank for helping us find our dream home.
