He was really very helpful when I started looking for a home, and continued to be so in searching, and on throughout the whole negotiation/buying process. He is professional and knowledgeable about various areas of real estate and the real estate market, and was able to answer my many questions. He showed me several properties I was interested in seeing within my price range and neighborhood preferences over the course of a really long period of time. He also has a great deal of knowledge when it comes to trying to figure out what has been done in updating a house, and coming up with ideas on what could be done if a house you find is close to what may fit your needs/wants, but not quite. I definitely recommend hiring him.
