Experience matters

I have worked with Dan when I bought my house and during the renting and selling of a rental property. I asked Dan for a lot of advice over the course of both transactions. He has seen a lot of different situations in the real estate business and guided me through both experiences which were quite different from each other. I trusted Dan's advice on market valuations and on what to fix up when selling. I can look back and say he was right in each case.
