We met Dan by chance - When we decided to start looking at houses in the spring time of 2019 he was the one to show the 1st home we viewed - he was very friendly, knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted and more importantly what we NEEDED. We were rookies and he was not - he really guided us on where to look to double check things that he told us, very open and honest, which I appreciated! We took a break from looking and came back to it in October, when we were ready to look again, Dan was ready for us! Dan made time to make us a priority and that was convenient for us!
