Daniel Hason

We were green and we had already been put off by an aggressive realtor who obviously did not have our best interests in mind. After that experience we took a break and growing more and more fed up living in the city of Hudson, we decided to begin our search for a home in Columbia, County. I had contacted a couple of realtors and no one got back to me so we asked for help on Facebook and were deluged with offers from all sorts of realtors. The last one to reply, way at the bottom of my message page, was Daniel Hansen. Danny and I had run in the same circles for the last few years and we would occasionally catch up over hurried beers in one of Hudson’s many bars. I spoke with the wife and we decided to give Danny a shot. A few days later we were up and running. We could not have done this without Daniel. From making connections, to making concessions, to late night phone calls, loan issues, moving issue, you name the problem and Daniel had a solution and a kind word. It wasn’t just his ability to handle these random occurrences, but his “can do” attitude and genuine willingness to help us find and purchase a home. We just wanted to say thank you and pass on that we couldn’t be happier with the job that Danny did for us. He went all out, and even though it wasn’t’ his first sales as we had hoped (these things always seem to take longer than you think), it was one of the first and likely one of the more unique sales. Daniel ended up being exactly what we were looking for in a realtor. A no nonsense person who listened to us, who worked preemptively in our best interests, and someone who we trusted.
