I lucked out big time!! I was a first time homebuyer and Daniel gave me 100% complete peace of mind during my recent first ever purchase. He treats you like a human being vs. a transaction and I especially appreciated his no-pressure approach. He is helpful without being overbearing, and he is optimistic without being unrealistic. He really helps you understand your chances for landing a particular property. On top of that, Daniel is a very experienced realtor but is still someone who can see through the eyes of a FTHB in order to provide fresh insights and steady guidance along the way. I took his Home Buying 101 course prior to engaging with him, and there he provided a ton of insights to get me super-prepared for my first purchase. Then when it came time to make some offers, he was incredibly savvy as a negotiator and definitely someone you want on your team. He is also truly one of a kind when it comes to human empathy and reassurance. I look forward to staying in touch with Daniel so that he can represent me as a seller as well someday. :)
