I worked with Daniel to buy my first condo, on my own, so I really wanted someone I could trust and who would look out for me. Daniel and his team led us through 4 offers including our final accepted offer. They also helped us evaluate dozens of other homes during our process, providing us with disclosures and market analysis usually within minutes or hours of our request. In each case Daniel gave us spot-on advice around where he thought the house would eventually sell. He never pressured us and gave us the info we needed to be informed and empowered buyers. The first three offers did not work out but only because we decided to under bid, knowing based on Daniel's advice they would likely sell for more, and they did. In our final offer though, that is where Daniel and team really shined! We again underbid but this time on a house that didn't have other active buyers interested at the time. Daniel was able to work with the selling realtor to eventually accept our offer, a true testament to his savviness as a realtor and negotiator. We just closed escrow and couldn't be happier!

As first-time home buyers, my partner and I had a tryst with two realtors before finding Daniel. The difference was night and day: Daniel is extraordinarily experienced, spent a lot of time to help us understand the home buying process to an advanced degree, and was on-call by video chat, e-mail, and text. With the number of queries that inexorably go back and forth, that is so much better than realtors who only really respond well to phone calls. Daniel understands the speed at which you sometimes need to act: he got us the disclosures within an hour of first contact, and a private viewing the next morning on a home we wanted to see again after an open house that weekend. He is backed up by a team that is super-nimble on e-mail to help with the mountains of paperwork.Daniel got us the home we wanted, at a really great price, by negotiating with the seller's agent down to the last minutes of their offer deadline. He did all of this after having a newborn baby just two days earlier. You really can't ask for much more than that!
