We met Dan 4 years ago when we were looking for a condo in St. Pete for our son. The listing agent didn't want to go out on the weekend and that was all the time we had. I called Dan and he met me there two hours later and we bought the unit the same day. As we were from out of town, Dan handled all of the arrangements and made it all seamless. He even helped us in getting a couple of repairs done. Now, four years later, our son moved out of state and we listed with Dan. He sold the unit in one day at full asking price (never expected that). Again, he handled everything and sent us a check. It was easy and very straightforward. We have another house to sell in the spring and I have no doubt we will give the listing to Dan. If you want it done correctly and easily, you should hire Dan - for buying or selling.
