First time buyer, was it supposed to be this easy?

Can’t say enough about how comfortable and enjoyable it was working with Daniel. As first time buyers, we naturally had tons of questions, potentially silly at times, but Daniel had the utmost patience and always ensured any questions or concerns were addressed. The Charlotte market has been and remains highly competitive, so we were naturally discouraged when other offers were accepted over ours. Daniel remained firm in assuring us that we should not be discouraged, and sure enough, we ended up with the right home, at the right time. We also want to recognize his awesome wife, Rebecca, who worked closely with us during the whole process organizing and arranging next steps along the way.
